How It Works

From Drawing to Delivery

Send the drawing, CAD file, or project information you already have. We review the manufacturing requirements, clarify any important technical points, and match the project with suitable manufacturing capabilities before quotation and production are confirmed.

You do not need to have every detail finalized before contacting us. Missing information can be clarified during project review.

Start With What You Have

Share Your Drawing and Project Requirements

Start with the project information currently available. Clear identification of critical features or order-specific requirements helps the review focus on the points that matter most to the project.

01

Drawing / CAD

2D drawings, 3D CAD files or other technical information that defines the part.

02

Part Definition

Material, critical dimensions, tolerances and surface-finish requirements.

03

Purchasing Information

Quantity, target timing and any delivery expectations already known for the project.

04

Quality Requirements

Inspection, reporting, certification or documentation requirements when they apply.

Engineering Review & Capability Matching

Review the Project Before Quotation Is Confirmed

The project is reviewed to understand the likely manufacturing route, critical geometry, tolerance requirements, material and surface finish, inspection needs, and any technical conditions that may affect manufacturability.

Where a requirement needs further clarification or a manufacturing risk should be discussed, we identify it before the project moves forward. The reviewed project requirements are then matched with suitable manufacturing capabilities for the work involved.

01 Process & Geometry

Review the likely manufacturing approach and any geometry that may require special consideration.

02 Critical Dimensions & Tolerances

Identify the dimensions, tolerances and functional features that are most important to the part.

03 Material & Surface Finish

Confirm the material and finishing requirements that form part of the manufacturing scope.

04 Inspection & Documentation

Review any dimensional inspection, reporting, certification or documentation requirements that need to be included.

05 Manufacturing Risks & Open Points

Clarify technical conditions that may affect feasibility, manufacturing method or the final quotation.

Quotation & Project Confirmation

Build the Quote Around the Reviewed Project Scope

Once the main project requirements have been reviewed, quotation is prepared based on the drawing and the confirmed scope of work.

The quotation may reflect factors such as material, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish, inspection, documentation, and other project-specific requirements. If an alternative material, manufacturing approach, or project condition needs to be discussed, it can be clarified before the final scope is confirmed.

Before Production Begins

The commercial and manufacturing requirements for the order are confirmed before production. Final pricing, delivery arrangements, inspection requirements, and documentation depend on the confirmed scope of the individual project.

Production, Inspection & Delivery

Carry the Confirmed Requirements Through the Order

Once the project scope is confirmed, production, inspection and shipment follow the requirements agreed for the order.

01

Production

Once the drawing, project requirements and commercial terms are confirmed, the order moves into production according to the agreed manufacturing scope.

02

Inspection

Inspection and any required quality documentation are completed according to the requirements confirmed for the project and order.

03

Delivery

Packaging and delivery arrangements are completed according to the shipment requirements agreed for the order.
